Puzzle Show 2024

It was an honor to collaborate with artists Jeb Sisk, Titus Willoughby Woods, and David Dragonboy Sutherland on the 2024 Puzzle Show at The Chico Art Center. The project was a 3 month labor of love, starting with the design in February, and culminating in wall-to-wall puzzles, gallery reception and silent auction of the pieces in May. A majority of the proceeds from the show were used to support the creative endeavors of the Chico Art Center.

Part 1

Design and cut pieces from plywood and distribute to the local community. We made over 400 pieces for the show.

Part 2

More than 300 artists (amateur and professional alike) spent 1 month creating their piece(s) with painting, glass, ceramic, metal, carving, drawing, and more.

Part 3

Each piece was then returned, photographed, and cataloged.

Part 4

The artists reassembled all the pieces into their completed respective puzzles.

Part 5

All art pieces are hung upon the gallery walls and backgrounds are painted (for some artists designs). Then the show is complete and ready to be enjoyed!
